Fr. Paul Kramer is prescient. I wouldn’t call him a seer, but he has spent 50 years studying private revelation. Such a long period of research has informed and sharpened his sense for the timeliness of present events.
I wanted to get this article a month ago, but couldn’t for one reason or another. And now? Here we have ourselves bogged down in The Epstein War, and the whole world is feeling its effects. It would’ve been more prescient and ominous if I could’ve gotten this out in February, but oh well. What can you do? Here we are. And everything that is “supposed to happen later” is actually happening right now.
About one month ago, Fr. Paul Kramer joined John-Henry Westen on the LifeSite News channel and did an in-depth interview that was absolutely incredible. Today, we will go over the highlights, here at The Weltgeist.
Fr. Kramer emphasized immediacy in his discussion with John-Henry Westen. Rather than sitting back and comfortably speculating on future events that’ll happen one day in the mysterious unseen future—instead of that, Fr. Kramer insisted we were not dealing in years, but in weeks and months. He pointed to 2026 as a year for chastisement.
Now, Fr. Kramer believes in the moment of an Illumination of Conscience—in which all of the people all over the world are supposed to suddenly be aware of every evil thing they’ve been doing, and they’re given a last chance to repent. This is typically an event that is foretold by the alleged seers of Garabandal (which I don’t really ascribe to).
Fr. Kramer said that:
I can’t even give you the year. But my instinct tells me that it’s going to be this year. Probably this spring probably. I’m—again—I’m making an educated guess. I’m not making a prophecy. I’m not making a prediction even. I’m just saying it is an educated speculation that I’m making: that I think it is quite possible and quite likely that it that this is the year recent prophecies seem to to pinpoint. This year is the the year that we find the first major events of the Chastisement. That the Great Chastisement will be in full force sometime afterward. Maybe next year or maybe the end of this year. Maybe next year.
But this year? We’re going to see some major significant events where the world is going to experience the brunt of the of the Great Chastisement.
Probably this spring, eh? And what’s happened this early spring? Not any kind of an illumination of conscience. But definitely, we’re seeing World War III take firmer shape. I am of course talking about the Iran debacle. Much of the geopolitical world is being destroyed right now, here in the spring of 2026.
Fr. Kramer draws on a wide range of references to support this: the Gospel language about signs in the heavens, the Roman Breviary’s mention of the Cross appearing before the end, and the well-known remark attributed to Malachi Martin about “looking to the sky” in connection with the Third Secret of Fatima. He leaves open what form this sign might take, but he suggests that it’ll be more than symbolic. The tone of his speculation leans toward something dramatic, even potentially destructive.
Destructive. I think we now know what form that destructiveness is now taking.
Fr. Kramer is cautious in how he frames it, but his instinct is clear: He believed these events would occur this year—perhaps even this spring. The year 2026 is to be the beginning of serious, major events. According to him, this is the year in which the first major blows fall. The world will have begun to experience consequences of what was long foretold. He speaks of war, hunger, famine, and persecution, drawing explicitly from the Fatima message and from Scripture.
