Jesus: “Feed My Sheep” – Pope Leo XIV: “No”

What kind of a father smiles and nods while spiritual thugs stamp on the heads of his children? Answer: Robert Prevost, or Pope Leo XIV. His vicious predecessor Francis thought he dealt a mortal blow to Tradition with Traditionis custodes. Now Leo is like the Levite who passes by on the far side of the road (Lk 10:32), hoping that the wounded man — those who keep Tradition — will just bleed out and die, and thus need not be his concern.

Jesus said to St Peter, “Feed My Sheep” (Jn 21:17). This is what the pope should do. Each word bears divine weight.

“Feed” — with extraordinary food, feed with Truth, feed with the living Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity of Jesus Christ in Holy Communion.
“My” — the speaker is the Good Shepherd, Jesus Christ, True God and True Man.
“Sheep” — These are Christ’s flock, members of His Body; they are sheep, not goats, so they are not meant to be fed on any worldly slop that takes the attention of the day.

There is a way to feed this unique flock which Jesus gave in commanding His Apostles: “Do this for a commemoration of Me” (Lk 22:19). This the Church did faithfully for over 1,900 years. The traditional Mass is the most perfect setting for the Holy Eucharist, for its rites and prayers in every detail reinforce the Substance of Truth. Why else do we love the Mass so? The Eternal Truth deserves timeless worship.
