After posting a video of the US Cardinals who are attending the Conclave in Rome, the USCCB was roundly criticized on X.
Conclave ready.
Several North American Cardinals who have been staying at the Pontifical North American College during this interregnum period, departed this afternoon with the cheers and prayers of the seminarians and staff of the College sending them off. pic.twitter.com/PD8B8gcn8L

Here’s just a sample of the comments responding to the USCCB post:
- McCarrick’s boys
- Very scary.
- Lord, deliver us from evil.
- God help us.
- Wonder if there was cocaine and appletinis at the meeting?
- He may have been joking with his social media post, but Donald Trump would actually be my 2nd or 3rd choice for an American Pope based on that lot.
- Pretty gay.
- How do you cheer homosexuals playing cardinals?
