In the wake of Pope Francis’ scandalous picks for the upcoming Synod on Synodality, which is beginning to sound more like a “Synod on Sodomy,” we thought we’d remind you of the opinion of Cardinal Gerhard Müller, the former Vatican doctrine chief, about Father James Martin. Fr. Martin was chosen as a personal pick for the Synod along with dissident Cardinal Blase Cupich.

Last June, I had the privilege of sitting down with Cardinal Müller for The John-Henry Westen Show. Today’s episode is a rerun of our discussion from June 22, 2022, where His Eminence shared with me his thoughts on the rumors of Pope Francis’ resignation, the significance of Bishop Robert McElroy becoming a cardinal, and the Vatican sowing confusion in its differing treatments of human rights defender Cardinal Joseph Zen and pro-LGBT propagandist Father James Martin.
